For the total year of 2018, presented below is an overview of sales activities for single-family detached homes in various Boulder Valley communities, courtesy of IRES – Northern Colorado MLS.  And yes, we believe in the accuracy of this chart data. Of special note, the Median Price for Boulder during the last twelve months shows $919,525; Niwot at $950,000; Longmont at $440,000. Also, Longmont had 1,338 Sold Listings for the year; Boulder shows 930 Sold Listings for the year.
