 For the total year of 2019, presented below is an overview of sales activities
  for single family detached homes in various Boulder Valley communities,
  courtesy of IRES – Northern Colorado MLS.  And yes, we believe in the
  accuracy of this chart.  Of special note, the Median Price for Superior 
  the last twelve months shows a 5.7% increase; Boulder an 2.2% increase.
  Also, Longmont shows 1,375 Sold Listings compared to 932 Sold Listings
  for Boulder.
