STATISTICS TO EXCITE OR BORE
  For the first six months of 2018, presented below is an overview of sales activity 
  for single family detached homes in various Boulder Valley communities, 
  courtesy of IRES – Northern Colorado MLS.  And, yes, we believe in the  
  accuracy of this chart data.. Of special note, the Median Price for Boulder 
  has shown a 6.9% increase in appreciation for the previous twelve calendar 

  months; Longmont has shown 9.7% appreciation; Lafayette 12.0% appreciation, and
  Boulder County appreciation (without the City of Boulder) at 5.7%.
