HALF YEAR STATISTICS TO EXCITE:
  For the first six months of 2020, presented below is an overview of sales
  activities for single-family detached homes in various Front Range communities,
  courtesy of IRES – Northern Colorado MLS.  And, yes, we believe in the accuracy
  of this data.
 
  Of special note, the Total Sold Listings decreased 10% from last year.  Lyons,
  Mountains, Niwot showed significent increase in Median Sales Price.  Lafayette
  and Louisville “solds” decreased 16.1% and 25.2%, respectively.
