 For the first nine months of 2018, presented below is an overview of sales activity
 for single family detached homes in various Boulder Valley communities,
 courtesy of IRES – Northern Colorado MLS.  And yes, we believe in the accuracy
 of this chart data.  Of special note, the Median Price for Boulder for the last nine
 months shows $925,000; Niwot at $954,500; Longmont at $445,000.   Also, Longmont 
 had 1,018 Sold Listings during the past nine months;  Boulder shows 728 “Solds”.
