For the first nine months of 2019, presented below is an overview of sales
activities for single-family detached homes in various Front Range
communities, courtesy of IRES – Northern Colorado MLS. And yes, we
believe in the accuracy of this data.
Of special note, Boulder decreased in Total Homes Sold
for the first nine months by 5.0%; Erie and Superior increased
significantly. Niwot Median Sales Price increased 8.7%; Boulder 1.9%;
Longmont 0.6%.
