Bruce had contacted us to schedule an appointment to show us his marketing program. We were very impressed with his quiet, non-pushy professionalism, and he was not afraid to ask for our business. The marketing program, including the 360 panoramic photo tour of the home, with shots of the neighborhood surroundings, brought results. We rather quickly received an all cash offer from a client of another ReMax broker - the network is a definite plus - which we accepted. When the radon test was received, the buyer wanted relatively expensive mitigation beyond what was required by regulation, and it looked like a stalemate until Bruce negotiated a four-way split of the cost between us, the buyer, and our two agents. read less

From the very beginning when Bruce answered our query about a house on July 4th (now that is dedication!) to five months later when we closed on said house, Bruce was keeping us updated on progress, staying in contact through the good and the bad, and working hard to help us achieve our goal. Since Bruce is quite modest, I am not sure we will ever know exactly how hard he worked to make sure we closed on the house of our dreams, but I do know he went above and beyond. Although we did not come to the table with a large sum of cash (which clearly was a detriment in this market), we did have Bruce's expertise, professionalism and excellent community relationships which assisted us greatly in getting our house. I am convinced we would not be enjoying our evenings in our first home if it had not been for Bruce. We are so grateful. To sum it up, if you want to be successful, no matter what your real estate goal may be, work with Bruce! read less
