For the first nine months of 2021, compared to the first nine months of 2020, presented below is an overview of sales activities for single family detached homes located in various Front Range communities, courtesy of IRES – Northern Colorado MLS.  And yes, we believe in the accuracy of this chart.

 

From the above Chart, when comparing the first nine months of 2021, against the first nine months of 2020, Boulder, Mountains, and Plains have the greatest percentage gain in Median Sales Price; Erie and Superior have the greatest percentage  decrease in number of Homes Sold.
