For the past twelve months of 2023, the Colorado Housing Market January 2024, compared to the same twelve months of 2022, is displayed below as an overview of sales activity for single-family homes located in various Front Range communities, courtesy of IRES – Northern MLS. Of special note, for the ten communities of Boulder through Superior, the HOMES SOLD category decreased by 12% overall. The MEDIAN SALES PRICE decreased by an average of 2.8% per community. And yes, we believe in the accuracy of this chart.
